1985 - 2000 and on....

Founded in 1985 as a result of the coming together of a group of like-minded people of Stretton-on-Dunsmore, the initial objective was to hold a Variety Show in the Village.

Since that time, various productions have been undertaken, including pantomimes, comedies, one act plays, and revues.

Not only are we into fun, and applause, and sharing a fanaticism for Theatre; the group has, over the years supported various Charitable enterprises to the extent of some £8000.

Stretton-on-Stage encourages its younger members to participate as fully as possible, and we have produced one Musical Show cast entirely with young people. The older members also enjoy the variety of activities which flow from the individual requirements of each production.
